What is NannickyRey?

A couple years ago, I found the old english word “nannick” that means “to play or fool around when you should be working”… and that’s exactly how i got started doing tumblers. I was procrastinating doing homework and school projects when I thought a handpainted tumbler for my mom would be a great mother’s day present. I posted my creation on instagram and I have never stopped making them. My nickname through school and social media was always nicki rey… so why not Nannickyrey?

What do you use on your tumblers? Is it safe?

I typically use only Crystalac products on all of my tumblers, with some exceptions (ex. glitter or vinyl). Crystalac products are all water-based which means it takes slightly longer to dry and harden compared to epoxy, but it is just as durable and shiny. My tumblers are also thinner and lighter than other custom tumblers..

All of my tumblers are safe to use and handle when you receive them, but I ask that you are gentle the first few weeks. As with any handmade item, there may be some imperfections but it was made with 100% love.

How do I care for my tumbler?

All tumblers are hand-wash only. Do not put tumblers in the dishwasher or microwave. dry immediately after wash.

lids without toppers are generally dishwasher safe and should be placed on the top rack.

Extreme temperatures such as in a hot vehicle or freezer can cause cracking and are not recommended.

If left soaking for a long period of time, tumbler may get cloudy spots. Please let dry upside down for a day or two and it should clear up.

What are your turnaround times?

Ready to ship (RTS) Tumblers will typically be sent out 1-3 business days after you place your order.

All pre-orders typically will ship 2-3 weeks after placing the order. any fully Custom orders may take longer, up to 5 weeks, to ship due to the number of orders I have.

A tumbler from start to finish will take me about 1 week to finish without any other distractions, and usually has to dry 3 days before shipment. While I wish I could do this full-time, I do have a full-time job and this is currently a part-time job for me that doesn’t always take priority. Please be patient with me, as I will do my best to ensure you get a beautiful tumbler in a timely manner.

What if my tumbler gets damaged?

If your tumbler gets damaged in any way, Please email me photos of the damage at info@nannickyrey.com.

All tumblers are non-refundable as they are typically handmade to order. Damage from a dishwasher cannot be fixed and does not apply in this case.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you have placed an order and want to cancel it, please email me at info@nannickyrey.com ASAp. If I have not shipped the tumbler or started it, I may be able to grant a refund.
