All Custom orders will be discussed via email based on the completed form before a final “product” is purchased. Only the first 5 customers to fill out the form will be guaranteed a custom order. You may order multiple tumblers in one form and depending on the number of tumblers in the first completed 5 forms, I may email more customers to fill my orders.

If you would like any changes to be made, they need to be communicated via email during the grace period. If you do not approve of the drafted design and do not want to purchase, please notify before the grace period of 24 hours is up.

Once the form is filled out, I will draft a digital version of the tumbler and email it along with a link to purchase your specific tumbler order. Custom orders that are not paid for within the grace period will be cancelled and you will not be allowed to purchase a custom order again. The next customer with a completed form will then be notified of their order.
